This is a wonderful Nursing Home where all necesities are acomplished for the Residents. With all activities and health services that are given to Residents, this is certainly a relief sensation for family members and we are very happy to have our loved ones in this nursing home, knowing they are very well treated and taken care of.

The C&A' on the first floor are outstanding. However, one stood out Emily. She was never standing still. Always helping Residents in need a true healer! She is going to Nursing School and will thrive as a true healer. Thanks top notch from the Adminitrator on down. Your Loved ones will be properly cared for in their time of need

Suzy was amazing, the 3rd floor staff was amazing. Everyone cared for our mom and our families so well! While our mom was there and throughout her hospice care and her eventual passing and after -the care and dignity given was amazing. Highly recommend.

Our mom ( Linnea Arthur room 310) was at Warren Barr from November 2024 through April 6, 2025. My mom came to Warren Barr after a broken hip/surgery. Her recovery was difficult and very challenging! For the 3 months I was there I truly have no complaints. My nurses Leah and Ron were very professional and very compassionate. In August 2023, I had received a new left hip joint and I have spent a month at Warren Barr Buffalo Grove in rehab because I still need a new right hip.
